Ready to start shopping for plants online? Here are answers to Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) about the Estabrook's Direct program.
What is Estabrook's Direct?
Here at Estabrook's, we know the importance of adding healthy and vigorous plants to your garden. Whether you shop for plants at one of our retail locations or we deliver them to you, you can count on us to provide plants that will thrive in your landscape for years to come.
In an effort to offer our customers a quick and convenient way to get healthy plants to their doorstep, we've partnered with a wholesale farm to launch our Estabrook's Direct program. Now Estabrook's customers can shop our website for plants and have them delivered right to their doorstep.
How Do You Ship?
Once you place your order, your plants will be carefully selected and inspected to ensure that they meet our high health standards. Then, your plants are packaged for protection during transit using specially designed materials and boxes.
How Long Does Shipping Take?
Most plants ship 1 to 2 business days after you place your order. Shipping then usually takes 3 to 6 days, for a total of 4 to 8 business days after you place your order. You will get an email with tracking information when your order has been processed.

What Does 8", #1, #2 & #3 Mean?
Estabrook's Direct plants are available in 8", #1, #2 & #3 container sizes. The number refers to the approximate size of the container and how much soil it holds. For example, a number-one (#1) container holds approximately one gallon of soil.
