At Estabrook's, we want your landscape to thrive, and we proudly stand behind the exceptional quality of our Estabrook's Direct plants with the following warranty.
Plant Quality Guarantee
Our partner suppliers take great care in packaging your plants for safe transport. If your plant arrives damaged, we will replace it at no charge within 7 days of delivery. Simply send us a photo of the plant, along with images of the packing slip and box (if possible), to [email protected].
Long-Term Plant Support
We are committed to delivering healthy, thriving plants that will enhance your landscape for years. If your plant encounters issues, we are here to help with expert advice, troubleshooting, and growing tips. Please contact us at [email protected] with questions or concerns.
Cancellations & Returns
- Cancellations: We process orders quickly, often shipping within 24 business hours. If you need to cancel, requests must be made by 8am EST the following business day by contacting [email protected]. Once an order has been packaged and shipped, it cannot be canceled or adjusted. There is no cancellation fee.
- Returns: To protect the health and integrity of the growing operations, we cannot accept returns once a plant has been shipped.
